美国弗吉尼亚理工学院中国籍博士生朱海洋求爱不遂把女同学杀害斩首，周一被判
终身监禁。
蒙哥马利县巡迴法院法官罗伯特判处朱海洋终身监禁，不得假释。
25岁的朱海洋去年12月承认一级谋杀罪。他承认于去年1月21日晚在校园的咖啡室，杀
死22岁的女同学杨欣。
来自北京的杨欣，于去年1月8日才抵达美国学习会计学，事发时刚刚认识来自宁波
的朱海洋不久。朱海洋在弗吉尼亚理工学院修读农业和应用经济，帮助杨欣适应学
校的新生活。
在聆讯期间，朱海洋向杨欣的家人道歉。
2007年4月，弗吉尼亚理工学院发生枪击桉，一名韩国学生枪杀32人后自杀。
检控官指出，朱海洋爱上杨欣，但杨欣告诉他已经有男朋友并计划结婚。
朱海洋在狱中写的信透露，杨欣的拒绝「迫使他要杀死她，因为他太爱她了」。
事发时，杨欣企图避开朱海洋追斩期间，双手和双臂多处
