才学跳舞半年，现在一周上两次跳舞课，外加一次自己练习。总之每次练习完之后都觉
得膝盖有点不舒服，好像有点疲劳。我看有些年纪比较大的人跳舞的时候都还带护膝，
但年轻人练跳舞的好像很少有人带护膝。我感觉跳舞好像对膝盖还是有损伤的，尤其像
拉丁舞频繁地换重心。
不知道大家怎么看的？

firefox的java检查了，
http server 也enable了。
把之前的3550啦，vlan啦都remove了，
光溜溜一个ASA和laptop接，web browser就是打不开。
错误信息是这个，
An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.10.1.
Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s).
(Error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap)
http server 也enable了。
把之前的3550啦，vlan啦都remove了，

不会的。伤膝盖的比如跑步，是有冲击的，比如3x的体重，拉丁之类没什么冲击

I have jdk 1.5 and 1.6 both installed. They are under
/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/
You can switch versions on the fly by repointing
the symlinks.
My only complaint from doing development on
a mac is the terminal sucks. The keys (especially
the Delete/Backspace) don't work consistently
between: a) a local shell, b) a ssh session, and
c) screen within a ssh session.

I only use windows for development because it's easy to
pirate handy software. Like SQL Navigator, ultraedit, :-)

super simple typical PID. Just make sure you tune "I" well.

我觉得拉丁比standard容易受伤

反射镜接相机要看具体型号，说明书应该都会说
白天做polar alignment只有查当地纬度，用指南针和铅垂线来，还有就是以太阳黑子

所以建模和pid调节需要循环进行，是个花时间堆结果的过程。
一套参数本来工作的很好，屋子里头放一块冰或者放一块铁，也许控制器就不能工作了。

好像以前standard的tim还有chris的后来的partner都是因为膝盖的问题退出过比赛，
不过后来听loran他们讲座的时候，说如果他们姿势正确就不会受伤了，受伤的都是不
会用力的，当然没有指名道姓说谁。汗
