j1 will be ended in Feb 2011. it cannot be extended because of
approved waiver.
start date of school may be in september 2011.
maybe get the offer in january 2011
is it possible to change the status from J1 to F1 in the u.s.?

EE小公司,老板给提职,两个title选:chief scientist or group manager,group
manager可以管几个PhD和technician.但好象chief scientist 听起来更senior一点?工
资都一样.不知道该选哪个?

there is only one CS in a company, but maybe multiple group manager.

多谢.我自己也倾向CS,只是有些担心CS以后组织不动group members干活,而group
manager方便组织大家.
