I am full time H1B now, I140 got approved. H1B is 5 years, The companly is
not stable, if I jump, the I140 will be revoked, so I can not extend H1B
I want to do following step, please give me some advise if it is working
plan
1. apply another part time H1B with my friend company, so I140 wil not be
revoked
2. apply GC by using that part time H1B, so I will have two EB2 PERM that
time
3. using new I140 to renew or extend H1B

Is there any good way to do the first lithography on the whole 2 inch III-V
wafer?
The way we are doing is to cut a small piece from the primary flat and align
with this fresh edge but we lost a small portion. Any better way? Thanks a
lot!

The right to revoke your I-140 resides with your current company, so it
doesn't matter if you have a part-time H1B or not, they can still revoke it
after you're no longer with your current company.

这个好像是必须这么做的，我没有听过有啥其他的好办法。
epi growth的时候有个spec, 一般在+/- 0.5 degree? 你做photo的时候也有误差吧。
两个一叠加就蛮大的了

为什么第一个litho要这样align？要care orientation？
你不能用flat edge？stepper也可以把holder改一下，按flat edge align啊。contact
mask就更好办了

Yes, you don't even need an H1B or a job offer from your friend for that
purpose. Your friend can start the PERM process for you now since green card
is for future employment. You can transfer your H1 to your friend's company
if you get let go from your current company.
