橡树岭国家实验室那个博后申请里面要求写一篇statement of your research
interests。 这个东西应该写哪方面的内容，只要简单的罗列一下我想做的方向或者感
兴趣的领域，还是要像以前写PS那样，包含感情的写一些心路历程，成长经历。

TAX resident身份，11年初找到工作搬到另一个城市，能抵一部分税吗？如果可以，那
可以claim多少moving expense呢？需要证据或者收据吗？谢谢！

In makefile
LIBS = -L/somePath/sql3arm -lsqlite3 -lpthread
$(TARGET): $(OBJS)
$(CXX) -o $(TARGET) $(OBJS) $(LIBS)
when i run it, it's running with lib options
