I believe this is the expectation that has been driving JNPR stock price
high throughput '07.

Is this something revolutionary? I mean except for 100G ready, highest
density 10G ports in industry, line-rate everything etc etc (start yawning .
..)? what's new? If you are an enterprise customer, what would make you to
buy this box? price? new features other vendors do not offer? What could be
the big difference between this box and a linksys in a wiring closet?

Huh? what is so special about juniper? their engineers are human beings not
geniuses, just like any other network equipment vendors.

also curious why, finally another strong competitor to cisco in enterprise
space, lots of customers like to play face off games with so-called dual
vendor strategy

For Enterprise switch market, dual vendors have been there. But Juniper is
stronger than others in marketing etc.
