THE POSTDOCTORALORL FELLOW is expected to develop a treatment planning
system for interstitial photodynamic therapy of prostate cancer. This
project is funded by a NIH R01 grant and is for a period of at least 2 years
. Current projects focus on developing an integrated system for in-vivo
light delivery and optimization for PDT including: diffuse absorption
spectra to monitor in vivo tissue oxygenation, blood volume, and drug
concentration, real-time fluorescence spectra to monitor drug concentr
