my pleasure is a little different than the others use it when ppl say thank you if you've really spent much time and done something for them

My opinion is that if you respond "my pleasure" to other's gratitude, you are trying to act humbly. I once experienced such situation: a girl opened the door for her friends, and her friends said "thank you" to her. She then made a face, saying slowly but loudly, "My plea---sure". They all laughed at her act.

the first and the last one are both more formal. typically, most ppl just say 'sure' or 'no problem'.
