My opinion is that if you respond "my pleasure" to other's gratitude,
you are trying to act humbly. I once experienced such situation:
a girl opened the door for her friends, and her friends said "thank
you" to her. She then made a face, saying slowly but loudly, "My
plea---sure". They all laughed at her act.

the first and the last one are both more formal. typically, most ppl just say
'sure' or 'no problem'.
