我觉得technically在很多日常对话中是'表面上/看起来'
的意思. 比如: technically you are working(while in fact you are chatting
online).

technically is similar to "in principle", or in theory.
meaning from a pure logical/technical standpoint it could work, buyt
might not work in reality.
