刚看了一个视频，是多年前窦唯和王菲两口子同台演出的视频，窦唯打鼓做和声，王菲
演唱自己爷们的名曲，看的我有点恍惚，这他妈才叫金童玉女，当初你打死谁谁也不相
信这两个人，最后会变成现在的样子
说窦唯如今的曲高和寡现在跟成仙就差一股烟的距离，能有什么，只有说不尽的惋惜和

In IL, if you passed PE exam before you satisfy the requirement of IL board
(experience, education, english,...), you need to first satisfy these
requirements, then RE-TAKE PE exams.

工程公司需要搞CAD然后做工程预算，非常engineering，比较苦，相对于咨询来说

Per email with the board, it requires 8 years experience before you passed
the PE exam in other state (in IL, if you are not satisfied, you are not
allowed to take the PE exam), otherwise you need to retake the exam. But don
't think they require passing Toefl before the date of passing PE. Who knows
, they made the policy, they explain by their ways.

PE是genenral的civil engineer都要，然后SE是PE之后还要几年在结构的practice才能
考，加州来说学校，医院等等必须要SE

Illinois 还要 CPEES 评估国外的本科。CPEES 评估整体通过率现在20%。中国人大概
是 2%。

I knew this rediculous state a long time ago. Never consider practicing CE
there. however, more and more states require CPEES, for instance, ohio, used
to be the easiest state, where I got my FE and first PE license, now starts
to require CPEES evaluation. My evaluation is in process and very like will
fail.

I need to get registered in Penn, Florida and Indiana. The last one can use
PhD plus 4 years of experience, so no degree evaluation is needed. Company
asks me to do so due to marketing purpose.I've been in Indiana office since
last August after in Ohio for 2.5 years. however, haven't done any Indiana
job yet.lol. not my fault, because I'm not responsible for getting a project
.

这东西其实不会因为你考了水平就高了。其实就是给了你一个签字的权利。尤其是那
些设计桥梁道路的，签字的权利狠重要，但也意味着责任。弄不好进去也是有可能的

I am recently looking to apply for SE in Il. Did you ask the board if they
can waive the Toefl requirement if you have advanced degree from US. Some
rules are not on the paper.
One example is NJ PE, based on the application looks like I need Toefl. I
called the board for confirmation of the required score. Then I was told
Toefl is not required for me as I have US master degree.
ABET recently changed the rule to certify both BS and MS programs. In the
future MS degree will be required to sit the

I emailed the board my situation. I have advanced degree in usa. They
required toefl and 8 year experience as well for endosement which matches
the requirement on their website. I currently gave up for trying to get 26
on toefl speaking. Waiting for the rule change or looking for some
nationwide company that I can still use my seal.

Thanks. 26 required on Toefl speaking is ridiculous.
But previously mentioned, they want the 8 year experience before you take
the SE exam? Do they accept foreign experience. I had eight years only if
counting the foreign experience.

I am not trying to take SE. I just want to transfer my PE in another state
to IL. The requirement does not say all the 8 year experiences are must be
in usa, so I assume they will accept experience in other countries.
