My friend is an tenured associate in Cancer research in Denver,11w now he
got a new offer in Houston, same title, but 15w. He asks me if it worthwhile
to jump.
Anyone can offer me more advice?

除了4w工资
其他的东西呢？实验室配置，启动资金等等

你要是他女朋友，你想在哪儿呆着就让他哪儿呆着。
你要是不是，这点信息版上人怎么给意见。

政治不正确，楼主也可能是男朋友。
当然，工资多了4万还算是一个比较有诚意的offer,想来其他各种方面的条件，包括实
验室等等应该也不会太差。

I would choose md anderson. If has much more resource and a much better
academic environment. But the tenure at md anderson is not real tenure, it
is reviewed every 7 years.I know tenured people whose labs were closed.
