现在的坑真是越来越没水平连我老都看不下去了。
在美国绝大部分州，基本上所有的annuity plan, retirement plan, pension plan 默
认的财产继承人都是配偶占100%, 子女没份，父母更是靠边站。如果不是的话，配偶需
要签字认同其它任何形式的分配, 并且此配偶签名需要公证。 This is what we call
"Spousal consent".
Life insurance属于个人权利可以不需要spousal consent随便designate beneficiary.
