本人H1B 国内硕士毕业，目前在一家not profit的企业做senior technologist.
发表文章13篇（SCI 8篇，中文5篇），总引用145 （google）。
第一作者4篇，SCI 2篇(if分别为4和2)，中文2篇，总引用25.
我能不能通过NIW申请绿卡，还是必须要公司的支持？有没有其它途径申请绿卡？

Free Lotion”为什么停产了？在vichy官网上找不到了，但是有些网站还有，请问是怎
么回事呢？是产品出了什么问题了么？之前听说对油皮痘肌还不错，本来想试一下的

你这个NIW完全没问题啊, 再攒点REVIEW可以试EB1A了.不需要公司支持.

因为申请NIW的基本都是博士。我担心我是硕士，是否需要特殊的材料支持。

niw足够了，攒review上eb1a
你就是要找人写推荐信，没有规定学历

eb1a is for people with "extraordinary abilities." it does not have a
requirement on degree.
get more reviews, try eb1a -- which is by far the fastest way. Also talk to
your work to see if they are willing to sponsor eb1b (tip: always eb1b if
the situation allows -- unless you have like 400+ citation and a "for-sure"
pass eb1a case).
You currently qualify for niw, no problem at all. You can consider filing
niw to just get a-number to get in line early. apply for eb1 category once
you have more reviews to make your status concurrent.
