LD和我在做关于存脐带血的调查，结果查到一个更重要的话题：timing of umbilical
cord clamping at birth. One paper published on "Journal of American Medical
Association" (2007, vol.297, pp1241-1252) concludes that if the umbilical
cord is clamped two to three minutes (with minimum two minutes) after the
baby is born, the blood in placenta circulation will flow to the baby by the
amount of 20-30ml/kg. In other words, if the baby weights 3kg, he/she will
get 60-90ml more umbilical cord blood, which results in "significantly lowe

肯定是2-3分钟以后，医生还要把脐带夹好，才会让你们剪。

谢谢回复。不好意思澄清一下，我想问的就是什么时候夹的脐带，因为脐带一旦夹紧了
，血就流不动了。目前美国的common practice是一出生就夹，而欧洲的做法还未达到
统一。我提到的两篇paper都不是美国的reserach, one with more than 2000
patients, the other with 11 clinical trial, and more than 6000 patients.
我和LD商量准备把这个要求写到birth plan 里去。

我不明白你们为啥因为看了个文章就这么想拿孩子做实验。。。。。要是这个好处个大
家公认的， 自然会在医学界得到推广。 如果不是， 说明还有争议，你们干嘛这么急
着当小白鼠呢？每个医生有自己的习惯，而且他们才是专业人士，病人太多自己的意见

可以问一下医生吧。我不知道在该文中出生的定义是什么？ 小孩子头出来就算是出生

还有，脐带剪了以后医生才能做一些后期的处理工作，止血，缝合伤口等，而护士则要
给小孩子包裹起来，做APGAR score，也不要因为这篇文章担搁太久了。

小孩出生2分钟左右夹脐带吧，之前脐带里的血液还在流动供养，然后才慢慢地停止
流动。
