After 6 and a half months waiting, I140 got approved today in NSC without
any REF. My case is really a traditionally weak one , as
1. 5 Journal papers, 5 presentations/posters
2. 114 citation when submittal
3. 5 reviews (4 journal, 1 conference) when submittal
with ME PhD
Timeline:
7.25.2014, 140, 485 CC RD
9.8. 2014, FP
10.12.2014, EAD AP
2.11.2015, 140 AP
I am so excited. Thank myself and Laywer Annie Yang. Laywer Yang really put
much effort on my RL and PS reviewing, gave many suggestions, and did a
great job on assuring my documents to meet all requirements of Law. Thank
