我今天收到这个，也不知道是真是假，有没有用，反正参与了，想着也没有害处啦！

I have some exciting news to report out of Washington, D.C. Earlier this
week, Congress released a bill that will give the National Institutes of
Health (NIH) an additional $2 billion in funding! Within this increase for
the NIH, the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) will receive
approximately a $118 million or 4% increase over its current funding level.
In addition, the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (
NINDS) will receive a $91 million or 6% increase.

JoAnn 和 party city 有卖的专门的眼球造型的糖果，备一些在家里可以做各种小动物
万圣节还可以用来做Mummy hotdog
