预约签证的时候，受到confirmation number, 是不是代表预约成功。要不要给通信地

就算perm准备3个月， 加上perm现在抽风一样的快速7天， 140premium 15天
485半年 ， 太阳， 他们不到10个月就绿了

No. You can simply make a photocopy and then bring the original to a bank or
something like that to have the copy notarized.

不知道你在哪个使馆,我去年年底回国在北京使馆,他们把H4签成了H1B.我就写了一份
说明连同所有的支持材料传真给使馆,他们很快就给我电话,给我约了个时间到北京去改
(我当时已经回湖北了,又折腾了一遍:))

说明连同所有的支持材料传真给使馆,他们很快就给我电话,给我约了个时间到北京去改
(我当时已经回湖北了,又折腾了一遍:))

谢谢，护照首页就可以了吗? w7的reason里面应该选哪个？f2身份，spouse，跟我jointly报税。

your passport information. Because all they want is an ID. But to play safe,
I also copied the visa page since Form W-7 asked for that information. You
definitely don't need I-20. --On the other hand, I guess they won't deny
your app simply because you attach too many pages.

I'm assuming you're a resident alien for tax purpose? I thought for NR you
can't file joint return. So, if you're resident, then choose (e) and elect
to treat your wife as a resident alien.

现在还是去年夏天的样子，没有用石头砌瀑布和塘边，鱼和植物都长得很好了，石头弄
好了之后会好看一些

我05年12月31号入境的，06年1月份开始RA，现在opt，都说05-09是5年，现在要按照
resident来。对吧？我ld是09年来的，去年回国过一次。

i actually just sent the w-7 and tax return out.
i believe you need notarized passport, and we also attached photocopies of
visa/i-20/i-94 and statement (search this board for it). in the instruction
of w-7 form, it clearly states that if you have i-20/i-94, you should attach
copy of them.
