美国人炒菜的时侯经常用butter当油使，比如下面这个sauteed shrimp的receipe，这
种butter是一般我们抹面包用的硬块butter吗？这种块块的butter多少叫2 tablespoon
呢？
Sautéed Shrimp with Garlic Butter Sauce
Serves 2
Ingredients
* 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
* 2 Tbsp butter
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 8 oz shrimp, peeled and de-veined
* 2 cups snow peas
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Brown rice to serve
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add butter and garlic. Cook for one minute.

炒菜用的一般是unsalted butter, 当然普通butter也行。抹面包这个不太好使，太硬
了抹不开吧。不是有那个spreadable butter，一盒盒的买的么
量么自己eyeball一下吧，不用很准吧。

不不不，炒菜就用那种硬邦邦的长方butter, 用刀子切一块下来放锅里就行
其实我自己尝味道的话感觉不出来salted 和unsalted的区别

Buy unsalted butter stick,usually it's 4oz per stick. You can cut according
to the paper which has measurement on it.
Just melt it on a clean pan,yummy! Or you can microwave it, then dump on the
pasta before serving.

是不是因为学校无权惩罚学生呢？我们小时候老师可以罚站，
罚抄课文一百遍，不许回家等等。这里老师都不能吧。
