自从今年初NSF颁布了新的写作大纲以后，我校的负责提交proposal的部门要求一定要
用fastlane提供的模版(4600 characters, no special symbols)提交纯文本格式的文
件，不允许按照supplemental materials提交比如带黑体斜体下划线的PDF文件。这样
一来转成PDF后abstract非常难看。
请问这种要求是NSF规定的，还是我校理解的太死板？

Asked two brokers. They gave me exactly the same thing.
BTW, how much closing cost is expected for loan amount of 417K?

如果里面没有特殊字符的话,nsf要求必须按他们的格式投project summary.

interests不能算fee. 这是该付的.

How about following rates. Are they reasonable?
5/1, 3.875%, 0 pt
7/1, 4.25%, 0 pt
10/1. 4.50%, 0 pt

Home Hazard Insurance actually is home-ownership insurance. 4.875 is good
but not the best now. I don't know which state you are in. $5000 sounds much
reasonable for closing fee. Anyway, all numbers your broker gave you now is
only estimated. You will know the exactly number 2 days before closing. You
need to shop around to choose a home insurance company, then you could save
some money. Don't choose ARM if you can afford the fixed mortgage payment.
ARM sounds really attractive in the beginning

i am in MA. my broker cannot help you, can he? my deal is so so ba. i know
others get better rate without closing cost here

I got 4.875% 30yrs fix, with certain credit (~$3000) from my broker. Not
lock yet since closing will be 60 days later.

这个home hazard insurance是保什么的？什么情况下赔付？这个保险和住进房子后买
的保险不是一回事吧？
