已经有EAD／AP card，我的h1b今年10月中过期，公司律师9月份交了第七年延期申请，
我12月初回国，几个月前律师建议回去签证不要用AP，昨天问律师签证需要些啥材料，
被告知我的h1b延期必须批准了我才能回去，建议我改成premium process，连律师费一
共1500刀，我就郁闷了，我明明有AP，为啥不让用，我1500刀干点不好啊。想问问板上
的大牛你们怎么看？我真的得等h1延期批准吗？我这种情况能用ap回去吗？用AP有啥
不好的影响吗？

什么菜可以移苗，什么不可以。

if you also have valid EAD, you don't need to worry. Just use AP to return.
If you don't have EAD and you return with AP, a picky officer will count
the time after your reentry to unauthorized work days for AOS purpose.

我知道的是除了豆类之外都可以疫苗青菜类和萝卜类的疫苗后长势不好，西红柿
茄子最容易移动，我的西红柿茄子，都结果了，我到处给他们移动还是坚强的活
着但是结果的程度远远不如没有移苗的仅供你参考

不清楚，稳妥起见，应该premium processing吧。不过我怎么记得pp是1000？
anyway.
记得如果用了AP回来，要回到H1b状态, 要重新提交h1b申请的

公司律师就是说稳妥起见，我问题是没看出来这个稳妥在哪里了？
回到H1B有啥好处，EAD可以年年renew，工作应该不会受影响啊。如果绿卡申请那边出
问题（例如被拒之类的，敲三下桌子），有H1不也没用吗？

When you leave US during pending and won't reenter with H1 visa, one
important benefit--work authorization extension up to 240 days may not be
applicable to you, so you may need EAD to cover the work authorization
during the remaining pending time.
