1. ead的information：之前申请opt的时候有过一张ead，然后485的时候又申请了一张
ead，请问填表的时候填哪张的信息呢？之前交485的时候填的是opt的ead的
information，这次renew ead是不是该填最近一次的信息？
2. H4算是什么status?是visitor吗？

think hard to see if there is any mistake made by USCIS or general delay in
your case. If so just ask to talk with any IO. The receiptor usually
connects you to the IO. I had called a couple of times, and told them I've
waited for about 4 months and didnt' get any response from them. I can't
wait any longer because the general time for 485 is only 3-4 months. I got
approved 2 weeks after call.
You may call for one application at a time. Once you accumulate the
experience and skills to talk with them, you may talk another application
with more confidence.

刚刚打了电话，有个小妞帮我request了。给了个NUMBER
然和还帮我连到io，但感觉io很不耐烦，说话也没什么礼貌
什么信息都没透露
不知道是福还是祸
下一步怎么办？会收到什么信件吗？
等一个月再打？
