3 papers, 1 first author(top journal,just publish 3 citations), 1 review
paper (citation 92). 1 N author (citation 29, publish many years ago in
different field)
total citation is 120. How is the chance for EB1B? Is the review paper
helpful to claim contribution since someone told me only first author paper
or peer-review paper counts?

香菜最好在深秋种，春天收获。莴笋马上可以育苗了。

worth a try if your institute can support you.
ps: also think about this: do you have any media reports, any awards, any
things special? all these will also help if you do have some.

以前莴笋我不育苗，4月初直播6月底收获，今年想试一下3月初育苗：）

I don't think review paper can be counted as a contribution. You have to
point out the importance of the work in your manuscript.

I think you not only need supports from the department but also need
supports from the company or the university. I am not an expert on this
matter though.
