LP申请的niw，pd是2009年8月，485 pending，不过最近有可能丢工作，怕被ref
请问如果现在老公重新申请niw，可以用现在的排期吗

你用过沙仁么？（调味料）不是砂仁。
看起来象个枣核那么大，外面有点毛毛刺刺的感觉，打开里面是小籽籽。

LG's NIW cannot use your PD. If your NIW PD is current, he can file I-485
based on being derivative of your I-485 which you filed based on your I-140
.

again? if his previous I-140 is approved, he can use his NIW not to worry
changing jobs.
google follow to join : This is NOT follow to join if derivative is to file
I-485 before principal gets GC, in this case, they are "accompanying"

同意，这个不是follow to join,夫妻在交485前，各自有自己的PD，理论上是不能互相
转的。交485的时候选一个早点的PD用，但不能借用另一方的PD
