Folks,
I just returned from an Infopass appointment this morning and learnt some
disturbing news. As it turns out, the Department of State rolled back the
EB2 India visa dates on November 17th. That's why the approvals that we have
seen since then have been reduced dramatically. I'm not sure why they
rolled them back before December 1, but I'm thinking that they ran out of
visa numbers. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I got screwed by this
as well.
Congratulations to those who made it pass the finish line. For the rest of
us, the wait continues. God alone knows for how long.....

向日葵是最好种的花了，只要不被松鼠、花栗鼠或者鸟吃掉种子。

这就是我说过的奥本排期制定方法的根本缺陷之一。10 月初制定的 11 月排期，当时
新财年才刚过几天，EB2I 的 demand 还没有涌现出来，既不前进也不后退是最为合理
的做法。11 月初的时候制定 12 月排期时，由于已经有了一个月的数据作为佐证，倒
退 4 年也是非常合理的行为。
现在 11 月还没过完，就让 EB2I 排期内部倒退，恰恰是他不偏心的表现。奥本就是工
作方法有问题，而且这个问题基本无解，也不能证明他主观上偏袒印度人。

今年等过两月再开始撒种，要拉bird netting，不然很容易悲催。。

10月初的时候EB2l demand应该出来了呀。13财年的quota不是9月中就用完了，剩下的
时间完全可以处理下剩的485，形成新财年的demand。反正那些485早就交了，不需要等
到10月初才开始处理吧

我种过两年，头一次很成功，结了好多好吃的瓜子。
第二年刚开花就被松鼠全部搞定了，10几棵，颗粒无收。
今年又育上种了，还没想好种哪里，最怕的是松鼠。

是说12月生效的印度VB提前到11/17生效了？

10 月初时的 demand 是出来了。但是 EB3I 升级只有进行到最后一步的时候奥本才知
道。实际上，如果没有 EB3 升级，印度 EB2 排期是可以慢慢前进的。你只能说奥本屡
次低估了 EB3I 升级 EB2 的量，却抓不住他的把柄。

是的。其实每期 VB 最前面都有写，只是一般人理解不到这个程度。
... Only applicants who have a priority date earlier than the cut-off date
may be allotted a number. If it becomes necessary during the monthly
allocation process to retrogress a cut-off date, supplemental requests for
numbers will be honored only if the priority date falls within the new cut-
off date announced in this bulletin.

big is an understatement hahah
but the ribs are pretty good
although their services suck, it's only good when you go with koreans, that'
s true of almost all ktown places though

agree with their service. we went in before peak time, so our dish came
pretty quick, but we had to wait loooong time to get our bill, finally i had
to stand up and waive my credit card to get their attention...

中餐馆服务有名的差，不过就这跟韩国店比起来差远了。有一次去hodori8个人等了半
个小时菜单才来，再等了半个小时菜才上来，中间要了个水也得等半天，吃完了都快天
亮了，不过丫bill上的还算快
