I am applying for a loan for a house set up to close at the end of June.
When I was shopping around, the broker said it would be 2.75% for 5 yr arm
and no closing cost. But when she sent me the fee summary, it showed I will
need to pay apprisal fee-$450, service and lender insurance-$1500, daily
interest charges-$357 and tax service fee-$60 etc, in total around $2500.
Now I am confused about what the no cost closing means. Could anybody please
explain this to me.
It is Friday night, the broker who did the laon is not available to answer
my questions, but my deadline for loan application is coming soon. So I will
highly appreciate that if anybody can please help to answer my questions.
