刚刚拿到RFE LETTER, DEADLINE: 6/11/11
律师CLAIM AUTHORSHIP, CONTRIBUTION, AND REVIEW

RFE CONTRIBUTION, REVIEW
1. REVIEW很弱,当初不想CLAIM,可是律师坚持提. 只有一篇JOURNAL 和若干(<5)
CONFERENCE PAPER. 但是RFE上先说: This criterion has been meet. 但是后面另一
页要求:
To assist in determining that the judging establishes that the beneficiary
is so recognized, you may submit: Documentary evidence showing that the act
of judging was based on the beneficiary's statue and his international
acclaim in the field.
RFE想略过这一项,只CLAIM AUTORSHIP AND CONTRIBUTION,不知道可以么?
2. CONTRIBUTION
RFE ask to submit evidence to show that the beneficiary has made original
scientific or scholarly research contribution to the Academic field
CITATION -18 , 有USA(9),FRANCE(7),CHINA (2)
可以补充的有:
a. Best paper award in the international meeting 2011
b. Young professional award in the international meeting 2011
c. other researcher implement my research results
d. additional two recommendation letters.
e. my research technique applied to my company to lower risk and has great
impact to the production.
f. Invited oral presentation
当时律师办的时候,稀里糊涂,不知道他怎么整的材料.
3. Final merit
有很多地方跟CONTRIBUTION一样,不知道怎么区分.
时间很紧,恳请过来人多多帮忙.
