新申的freedom，额度只有$800，明明都已经快花到没有额度了，今天想pay credit
card时候给我来这么一句：
You cannot schedule a payment to this account because the amount due is zero
and the account is not eligible for making additional payments.
这话的意思是无论我刷得再多，但是amount due还是0的话，我就不能还款？这是什么
逻辑？给钱都不要？我如果再花$100多的话，可用额度就要变成0了，还不能还款，这
