房子后边是一片西红柿地。今天下午地主弄了好几十人来摘，青的都摘走装车了，红的
半红的都扔地里不要了。去拣几个犯法不？

我的两分钱:
工作稳定的话,就别折腾了.只有三个月就到排期了.这三个月,你准备材料都差不多了.
等你准备好了,排期也到了.何苦要折磨自己呢?
好好享受生活吧~

I plan to file it through a lawyer. I do not know if it is waste of money.

It looks good enough. Do you need GC urgently? Then file.
Or else, you can save the $1000+ for a vacation, how about that? :-)
Or you can set a deadline that you are willing to wait for the EB2 PD
advancement, if it comes earlier, good; if not, after that, file EB1.

oh oh, through a lawyer, that's $4000~5000 more, and you can go to a much
better vacation!
Anyway, you can call or email around the lawyers to get some evaluations to have a much better sense on your specific case. Evaluations are free. Try to get as specific information on your case as possible.
