zillow rent estimate不太准，最好问问邻居，或者你的代理可以查出租金数据。
Foreclosure一般都有些问题要修理，维修费用估算了吗？这可是要现金的。
INSURANCE?
总体看挺合算的。

If you can get it at $115K, that's excellent!
But you will probably enter into a bidding war, if so, don't go over $130K.

I have a similar one in the same area, rented out @ $1000 within one week
Looks like the house is in good condition, with all the appliance
landlord insurance should be less than $700 a year
just worry that luxury gated townhouse has limited pool of potential tenants
.
But anyway, i will give it a try, no over $130K as last post mentioned, may
need to pay closing cost too.
