Find his interest points about you. Read his background, webpage, published
paper and if you had chance, talk with his Chinese students.
When you made the interview, better not use Chinese directly. If he said you
can use Chinese, then use Chinese.

As I know, from the interview, the professor wants to know your english
proficiency and the authenticity of your PS. So concentrate on your ps.
They seldom ask professional questions about your major.
Be yourself and have a decent English. You will crack the professor.

我知道的正好相反，就理科来说，你必须对你以前的research很熟，要用英文流利表达。
９０%的面试时间会花在这上面
如果你文科，算我没说。
