官方说2-4个月，不知道实际中大家都用了多久？现在经济形势差是不是要快点。

老板曾经口头答应给我某些credit，我在开会之后写邮件总结并要求他确认，其中某一
个条款比开会的时候稍有不同。老板收到邮件后对该条款提出疑问，我做了解答并修改
了条款。之后3天过去了，老板未做任何回应。
我是否应该再写邮件提醒他，说我还在等待他的回应？还是如此认为他是默认？最近跟
老板有些矛盾，不想咄咄逼人引起他的进一步反感。但是事情关于工作得到的credit，
不白纸黑字写清楚不能够安心，也怕日后说不清楚。
求建议。

看到网上有两种报绿的邮件，一个是Decision，另外一个是Card Production。那收到
Decision是说绿卡批了吗？那收到第一个信，要多久能才收到卡呢？是不是都会收到第
二个Card Production的信？谢谢！

文笔一般也能把故事讲得很好看，比如写大公敌和革命那哥们，故事很精彩，设定啊人
物啊也不小白。文字也通顺，不废话不累赘也不瞎整排比句啥的来硬煽。
可故事好看归好看，没啥“点睛”的地方，象亵渎的蹄声如雷，尘埃的格鲁之类让读者
过了很久很久都印象深刻犹在眼前的场景或人物。我觉得这上头的差距就是文笔的差距
了，无论是煽情还是装13还是吹牛逼，就差了那么一点点让读者high不到位，高潮不够
高。

07年9月买的T61，
装的win 7 (32bit) + fedora 13 (32)bit
给加到3G内存以及7200RPM的硬盘
一直用的都还挺爱惜的，基本主要是编java程序，写latex文档，上网聊天
前端时间发现进入win 7之后，频繁自动休眠
在fedora下面没有出现类似情况
google之后说是CPU温度过高，超过100度之后，会自动休眠
做了如下操作
1. 3年首次清洗了风扇，虽然风扇一直都没有什么噪音
2. 把干掉的硅胶去掉，重新涂了一层新的
3. 安装了TP fan control软件
现在进入win 7，
在开启chrome，qq和msn的情况下，CPU温度大约在55度左右
如果开启eclipse，温度就会飙升到70-80，然后跑1个多小时，机器就开始自动休眠
在fedora下面一直都没有出现自动休眠的情况，但是出风口一直都很热
我觉得是因为fedora下面的风扇一直都是转动，于是导致CPU温度不高？？
我想问下，这个样子，如果保证风扇一直转，能够起到降低CPU温度的作用吗？
对硬件有啥损害呢？
我是打算着把这台T61一直用到phd毕业的（2年后。。。。），
不知道还能撑到那一天不？

电源管理把cpu频率设成自适应
然后监控一下你的cpu使用率，search index错误会导致win7反复的试图修复index而造
成大量cpu占用，建议不用机器的时候，扔在那几个小时重建index，具体怎么重建去做
下功课吧

我T61P，看视频的时候经常温度在70-80度，从来不休眠，不知道你这个是不是还有别

这次把swtools里面的那个老版本的power manager软件（2007年）试着装上去了
然后建立了一个adaptive CPU plan，开始使用
希望可以有所帮助咯
search service和indexing service之前都是被我disable掉了，呵呵
不过，考虑到index是可能会出问题，所以我又重新把它们给enable了
今天晚上让它run一个晚上，看看有啥提高没有

在把所知道的
整理一下
作决定和order绿卡的是一个部门
这期间一般会有几天的时间，不等
order是要发送到payroll部门，他们在审批通过，才能做卡
一般都是prority mail寄送，实际在路上走的天数也就是2-3天
主要是部门之间的周转太费时间了

作决定和order绿卡的是一个部门
这期间一般会有几天的时间，不等
order是要发送到payroll部门，他们在审批通过，才能做卡
一般都是prority mail寄送，实际在路上走的天数也就是2-3天

Approval Notice和卡就一起到了。。。。
不知道内部是啥流程，同时看到卡还是一整激动。也祝愿大家早点拿到。
