同事forward来一简历，扎一看还以为是阿三的，仔细一看原来是同胞的。

换了块MSI nVidia GeForce GTX560 Ti 显卡，为了它还换了个500w的电源。结果显卡
两个pci-e power一插上系统就boot不了，风扇声音也很小。
拔了就能进系统，但是无法找到显卡。
还是电源跟不上吗？...

挺好!给同行的中国人看看牛逼的简历该怎么写。
我是见过同行的印度人，实际1年不到工作经验，写成了5年，并且还有管理经验。

恩上次我替人onsite面了一个印度女，2年经验就4页简历。好像还是印度直接过来工
作的

电源应该够啊
插一个PCI-E试试？
或者替换法，换个显卡
default BIOS？

上次面了一个老印，简历那叫一个inflated啊，问啥啥不懂。
我问问题超nice，每一个问题都是如下开头：
Among these projects on your resume, which one are you most familiar with?
Which one are you feeling most comfortable to explain?
Which part of ...... do you feel most comfort if I ask you questions?
Would you feel comfortable if I ask you......?
结果啥project都讲不通。
搞笑的是，面试这个人之前我去他们公司面了试，面了这个人之后直接让我对这个公司
失去了信心（连这种人都能混得下去），决定不去这个公司了。

他不是也要找工作了么，证明那个公司还是不能容忍这样的人的。
而且，连他这种水平的都能忽悠到那个公司的offer，可见你也应该很容易的搞定那个
公司，为什么不做呢？
