A very lovely home, but sitting on a deep sloped land about 45+ degree. The
front yard used some retaining wall to support the house. The backyard only
has grass ground, and the line of slope cuts through the whole backyard (
about .5 acre) in the middle. This is because this land belongs to another
home owner up on the hill. He had financial probelm so sliced out a part of
his backyard to build this new home. his and this home's yard is overall a
downward slope.
How bad is this problem? is this something that buyer should walk away
immediately? If doing some professional landscape for the whole backyard,
such as using retaining wall, how cost would it be? Need town approval? Any
drinage probelm?

windows 8.1的计算机，要重装一个windows 8.1,整个过程真是他妈的折腾啊：无论是
用retail的windows 8还是用stock的recovery disk,而且连windows 8的retail disk安
装都不能自动激活，要先改注册表，再打电话，输入N次32个数字后才能用，真不知道
这些傻屄是怎么想的。
终于明白为什么总有人说mac简单，所以大多数人被阿三这样一折腾后就奔mac去。了。

retaining wall is not so expensive. Lower than 7 ft retaining wall requires
no permit HERE. However, check with your city code. The retaining wall has
drainage pipes under it to collect any drainage from the slope.

是啊，跟当年norton的rebate似的，20刀的玩意卖50刀，再送50刀的rebate,结果大家
盗了这么多年，都想君子一把，结果人说rebate invalid, 把N年前盗的norton都吐出
来了。。。
其实这玩意就是盗版也就花2分钟，比填rebate跑邮局还快

装过n次都没遇到不能激活。如果自动激活到上限了，就选电话激活，很快的呀，和
win7一样。

没那么难。包括PC,MBP都很容易。
自己不会弄，想多了，直接电话就好了，不需要啥注册表。

大部分时候都是帮别人装，自己也装过几次。从preview到正式版，换ssd，换主板，这
些都需要重装。

你用upgrade key做clean install就是这样。这从win7还是vista开始就这样了。
解决办法也很简单，直接clean install，改一个注册表，连线激活。

考！没见过你这么找抽的。
我有三套Win8，五套win7，从来都是随便装。不能激活直接打800号，保证是一台机器
就能激活。
iMac，MBP都是双系统，小牛+windows，注册激活没有问题。
自己不去找找自己的问题，难怪生活这么艰难！
另外，我开始用计算机的时候你还没生呢。

在美国基本都是品牌机了有啥机会需要自己重装？recovery就行了吧，就算你换硬盘
，很多厂家也有各种各样的tool帮你迁移recovery分区
话说我都不知道现在windows key在哪哪里还有key card
