昨天被NOID了，现在在积极寻找独立推荐人。LD帮找了个她公司的director。不是直接
相关的领域，是个外派来
美的法国人。这样的推荐人可以么？如果不行的话就不想要浪费双方的时间精力。这个
director是非常willing to
help的。

基本上NOID找推荐信这样的“软”证据很难满足IO的。还是多想想找“硬证据”

谢谢提醒，硬证据只能从现有的材料里重新整理。我会仔细整理
的。我还是感觉我的推荐信比较不足，只有一个美国之外的，还不
是独立推荐人。所以觉得推荐信还是要多准备2，3封比较好。

leader in your feild. Her letter will be very helpful to convince IO that
you are the top scientist, which meets the second criteria of the memo.
