刚刚搬了家, 有一个 22X21 ft 的大房间.准备搞个家庭影院
已经有的设备:
SONY KP53HS10 HDTV-Ready 53 inch rear-projector TV
TOSHIBA 6200 Progress Scan DVD player
前几天去朋友家玩 (They have a Sony home theater system from
sears)
看DVD 唱卡拉OK, 感受到了音响的重要性, 决定
最近买 receiver 和 speakers, but have no idea about them.
朋友告诉偶 Sony is not a good brand for receiver, he
recommend Yamaha. 偶去 tweeter 看了一下, too many choices
and too many features. 各位发烧友给偶扫扫盲吧
至少给偶介绍介绍一些关键的feature, 买的时候要注意什么.

i have a question: where you got KP-53HS10? I plan to get it from Sears.
oh, and how much you paid, if you don't mind?
for receiver, check audioreview.com
I have a yamaha receiver (only $300) and I like it a lot. You will need
a Denon receiver, around $1k, I think.
if you need good sound, get a pair of speakers with price >$3k. (B&W?)
and, you need better audio cable...
I want to make a home theatre in my basement...

sony is a great brand, for it's DB, ES series receivers.
but it's cusomer line EB is regarded as trash. actually,
many people think all receivers BB and CC sell are trash.
and speakers.
visit some HT forums, newsgroups and review sites. listen
before you buy. however, since the room, and placement of
the speakers significantly affect the sound, what you hear
at
the store will not be the same at your home...
if you are looking into the future, buy receiver with 6.1
or 7.1 (DTS-ES, DD-EX)... bu

it would be less than ideal, and you may find not easy to
