申请eb1a, 从网上打印的表，打算先用它练习一下，然后再efile。有几个问题。
(1) part 1，IRS Tax No. 要填吗？还是就填SSN就可以了？不知道IRS Tax No.
(2) part 2, "check below if this petition is being filed:" 其中的2是什么意思
？要check吗？
1. To amend a previously filed petition.
2. For the Schedule A, Group I or II designation
（3) part 4, 7 和 8 两项都填No 吗？eb1a 是不用交h1b的表吧？
7. Is the petition being filed without an original labor certification
because the original labor certification was previously submitted in support
of another form 1-140.
8. If the petition is being filed without an original labor certification,
are you requesting that USCIS request a duplicate labor certification from
the Department of Labor?
