I E-filed my I-140 and sent my supporting documents to P.O.Box 851391
Mesquite, TX using USPS express mail.
Since it's an important package so i required signature from the Recipient.
but this morning when I checked the status. It says "Notice Left (No
Authorized Recipient Available)".
Now I am worried if there is somebody to sign and recieve package?
Anybody has similar experience?
