算journal。文章多的话，会议这个就算了，实在要凑数的话，依我看也还可以。

Be careful. It really depend on your contract. Some contract states only
employer can terminate at any time, not employee. Some employers are really
sneaky.

除非title是C＊O，俺就一个contractor码工，跳过多次了，根本没事。

不要纠结这个，
现在无论是1a 还是 1b,目前看来 只要是个paper ，无论journal or conference,
够5篇以上，就能够满足authorship. 现在移民官都纠缠的是 contribution and
outstanding. 你多一篇journal, 少篇journal，不会认为是outstanding。 当然什么
nature, science除外了。 更主要的还是在于你这篇论文产生了啥影响。

contract 跟普通full-time的区别是什么呢？contract雇主不可以随便fire employee?

区别就是没有福利，做完一个时期（比如6个月），要等另一份合同来了再做下一个。
