- All 11 orders placed on 12/7
- Most of time the orders showed "Received" at Costco.com and pending
transaction in AMEX accounts
- In the recent two days, those pending transactions was gone but did not
show up in the posted transactions.
- Then today I got the emails of the shipping.
- Shipping is through USPS. Est Arrival Time is still not available yet (
guess they just created the labels)

I am not 100% sure, but since your employer is the petitioner for EB1b 140.
485 is based on your approved EB1b, thus it seems you can't switch your job
before you get 485 approved

i don' t think you can submit your 485. When you submit 485, a employment
verification letter is required. If you are layoff, how will you get this
letter.
you might file a EB1a i140.
for the EB1b, you can change your job after you submit 485 more than 180
days.
