律师说EB1B的job description needs to show that more than 50% of your
workload is related to researching.
我在一家环境工程咨询公司工作，我们这种工作基本上也不是生产什么东西，主要是看
各种工程项目对于环境各方面的影响，说是research也像是research，说不是research
似乎也行，所以很矛盾，小秘也不懂这个。那我们也没有发表文章什么的，所以不知道
怎么解释现在的工作是research为主的，还是小秘在petition letter里到时候注明一
下，我的工作是以research为主？

Job description is about 1 sentence to explain what's your job. It will be
appeared in the form I-140, and in your employment verification letter. In
your original offer letter, it might already stated.
Don't know your work, but you may try something like "research on enviorment
evaluation using xxx model or yyy method..."

过，下面是RFE的内容：
USCIS acknowledges correspondence from CEO XXX stating that your company is
the holder of eight issued patents and 16 pending patents. However, this
statement has not been supported by documentary evidence. Submit evidence to
establish that your company has achieved documented accomplishments in an
academic field.

另外公司提供3个researcher，怎么证明他们也是做research的呢？如果他们发表了
journal paper可以吗？

以公司名义的publications都算，如有媒体、杂志介绍你们公司成果，更好。
对3个researcher，我的RFE是：
Submit an organizational chart and objective documentary evidence that you
employ at least three persons full-time in research positions. In addition,
please describe the nature of each individual’s position. Note that the
position held by the beneficial shall not be counted as one of the three
persons involved full-time in research activities required under this
classification.
我后来提供了公司researchers的job description,以及主要researchers的CV,包括了
他们的publication list.

不用加，“严格讲”三个字。
三种可能：
（1）公司不知道1b规矩，随便就答应了楼主的1b请求。但楼住没有牛到公司为他说谎。
（2）公司不知道1b规矩，随便就答应了楼主的1b请求。但楼住牛到了公司愿为他说谎。
（3）公司知道1b规矩，答应了楼主的1b请求，楼住牛到了公司愿为他说谎。
如果是(1),申请的路不平坦，有些文件可以那到，但很可能不是需要的内容。
