我们现在租住的一个卧室的小CONDO
房东要出售了,所以房子的信息已经在市场上了
烦人的是
她要求我们随时接电话,让想买房的人来看房子。我们的合同6月底到期,不打算续租
了。谁知道房子什么时候换主人啊,不能续。
我基本都呆在家,所以一会来人一会来人真的很烦人,而且就是一个卧室的小CONDO,躲
都没有地方躲
我们之前问房东,能不能一周安排三个时间段给人
比如说周一周二的下午1点到4点,再安排一个周末的上午10点到12点
结果房东不乐意,要求除了周一周二的下午以外,需要一个周末的4个小时
同时在规定时间来不了的人,租客也好,买家也好,只要电话预约我们,我们就要让他
们来。
请问作为租客,我们有义务同意房东这样的要求么?
一周安排三个半天来看房还不够么?
我们的合同只规定:搬出前提前2个月通知房东和允许房东在约好的情况下来inspect or repair the condo, 没有规定我们需要协助看房.

It is a good idea to have set times but I ask, please, for you to be
flexible for those who cannot make it during those times. The sooner I find
a buyer, the condo will not be shown anymore. Since I just listed the
condo, it will be busy for about a week with new buyers and then it will
slow down as it does in the real estate market. I appreciate Monday and
Tuesday afternoons but I'm going to need more than 2 hours on the weekend to
have the condo shown as many people cannot make it until the weekend. I
know there will be an open house this weekend but I would like to, please,
request that the condo can be shown for 4 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday
each week as well. I would like to request that any realtor call you to
make an arranged time if he/she cannot come during the set days/hours.
Again, this is the most busy time because it is a new listing. Please be
flexible with this.
