我的offer letter 上有这么一段话，会不会让人觉得这个不是permanent position,
是不是最好不要用这个申请Eb1-b? 我能不能让HR把这段去掉。

我觉得还好
Eb1-b的要求是你的position是permanent的，而不是你的employment
在美国没有哪个公司或者哪个offer上会说你的employment是永久的吧
我的offer letter上也说了我的工作是at good will
不过offer letter也说了我的这个职位是permanent的
