processing review. I have contacted the officer via e-mail and requested
upon receipt and review of the application they send me a status update at
their earliest convenience. "

第一句话是关于你的case的最新状态；第二句话是告诉你，他（她）已经联系uscis并
且请求uscis在收到和开始审理你case的时候告知他（她）一下。就算是帮你问问了吧
！！

Case was approved today. It's almost 8 months later than the Principle.
