我在医院做超声技术员工作。2006年初开始找律师申请EB3技术移民。律师托了一年，
最后用了和我同时申请绿卡的我同事的广告给我申请PERM,由于我的情况和广告描述的
有一点区别，结果被DOL据了。
紧接着我更换了律师，这个律师基本上按照我的情况打的广告，唯一他没有用我在美国
的本科学历，而用了我在中国的学历来申请，他觉得这是他的策略。而就这一条，DOL
在两个月以后又一次据了我的申请。这个律师马上上诉，认为这是DOL officer的错误
。然后我的case又从Denied的状态回到In Process的状态。从那时直到最近有18个月的
时间没有任何动静。律师在去年年底的时候让我去找Congressman催一催DOL,在
Congressman催DOL一个月后的今天，我在网上查到我的case又被Denied了。
我现在真是欲哭无泪，万念俱灰。从开始准备申请到现在有3年的时间了，该花的钱和
精力都花了，到头来竹篮打水一场空。
我现在该怎么办？
1，还有必要再上诉吗？
2，还能指望我的律师和Congressman再做些什么吗？
3，我H1-B到现在已经4年半的时间了，我是不是一定，而且马上

If you are moving your service from one location to another on or after the
above date, you may subscribe to internet service at your new location if
you also subscribe to Verizon’s local voice service on the same account.
If you choose to subscribe to additional Verizon services you could be
eligible for a bundled discount when you also subscribe to Verizon’s local
voice service on the same account.

appeal只是浪费你自己的时间.
早死早超生.
没经验的律师请来干吗? 误事还得给他交学费. 这还有啥可犹豫的?
