一个月前面试了一个fortune 500的公司，三天后HR打电话说我应聘的部门愿意雇用我
，同时问我是否可以接受xxxx的年薪。我同意后，HR说他会把有关文件送到公司
finance department审核，同时把公司的福利细则电邮给我。有关福利的电邮我当天就
收到了，但finance department的审核一直没有消息。此后HR基本没星期打个电话，说
是因为六月底七月初正好是公司财政年度的交接阶段，finance department太忙了，所
有的新雇用员工审核都压在那儿，没什么办法，只能耐心等待。
有哪位遇到过类似的情况吗？谢了。

this could happen. it's likely that the finance department is doing the
planning for the next fiscal year. everybody is working like hell and
everything else is given less priority.
The other thing is that as you approach the end of the previous fiscal year,
the department may have reached the headcount target. It's typically a firm
number that you cannot exceed and the hiring manager may have to wait till
the new headcount target is available for the next fiscal year.And then your
offer will be
