They need my biometrics
what can i do ?

The national customer center people said that that might be a error.
Usually this kind of application does not need biometrics.
They told me that the TSC center people will check it and reply me in 5 days.
I am not sure whether they can change for me if they made a mistake
I only have 1 month.
