I asked what's the next step in the hiring process, this was his answer:
"The next step is to get HR off their duffs, we have already started that
process. I will provide updates when they are available."
And it's been 3 weeks and there's nothing, what should I do?

nothing u could do , just wait for updates from either HM or HR

I have been waiting for 4 weeks!

Did you contact the HM/HR during the 4 weeks? I emailed HM twice but no
answer

Yes, the answer I got is that they are still conducting interviews. They
will let me know if a decision is made --- either way.

so anyone know what the HM meant?
what should I expect from HR?
