跟大家简单说一下情况~~真心求助建议。谢谢~
我先拿到A公司Offer，情况： A公司需要relocation，靠近纽约，国际性公司，中大型。
已经签了offer，开始申请H1B了。还没有file，预计年底之前上班。
随后收到B公司offer，情况：国际性公司，行业内顶级公司。不需要relocation，薪
水比A高约25%。外加1W刀的sign in bonus。其他福利差不多，多两天带薪假期。
要求明年7月以后才可以开始工作。
我的OPT明年6月底过期。
option1：take B公司的offer，继续让A公司申请H1B，到了明年7月，transfer H1B到
B公司。（比较损RP）
option2：take B公司offer，把A公司现在就拒掉，H1B让B公司尽早开始申请，生效日
期写明年7月，明年7月再开始工作。（B 公司可能不愿意马上开始申请H1B，也许要等
到明年，变数大）
option3：拒掉B 公司offer。去A 公司。
如果既不想损RP，又不想承担OPT过期的风险，还有B公司offer的变动，（有8个月的
gap，从现在到开始工作），基本是不太可能的。
很不愿意损RP，但是不知道OPT过期和offer变动的风险能不能承受。
希望大家给些诚恳的意见~

Choose option1. Take whatever you already have. B company won't start until
July of next year. Who knows what will happen in the next 9 months?! If you
really like A, you still have choice to keep working at A. Wait until next
May/June, then decide to move to B if B is still availlable.
The least you need to worry is RP. Most of the jobs (i don't want to say all
) are AT WILL. Company can choose to hire you or let you go without any
reason. Of course you can do the same thing, granted you have negotiation
power.

同意LS的，选一吧。
不过辞职的时候别流露出是早做的打算。
在那里工作的几个月也敬业一点就好了。

你说的跟我刚开始的想法差不多，我是抱着这种想法去面试公司B的。
但是真的拿到offer，对RP的顾虑变得很大，如果干不到一年离开，对于公司A来说，我
可能会look very bad。
也许这就是还未进入职场才会有的一种单纯吧。

I already took A offer, I was wondering how to deal with B offer. Any
