HR in a non-profit healthcare company does not know anything about the H1b
application and she wants me to bring some materials for her.
I even do not know if they can apply non-cap or cap H1b type.
Where can I find such materials?

除了找律师，能事先找一些材料给HR看看最好；有什么推荐吗？
