请教大家：是不是references check也只是一个正常程序而已。。。根据各个
candidate reference check后的结果，再最后挑人？一般reference check后到下
offer还有其他步骤么？比如background check之类的？多谢多谢！

越大的公司，reference check只是在offer前例行公事。没有big red flag的话，是无
关痛痒的。
可是我也知道一个公司确实reference check是其中一关。他们特别after-hours打过去
，reference没有打回来就认为这个candidate不够强。
理论上， reference check已经几乎跟offer算是同一阶段的流程。
(一般是。。。）

周一收到email说OPT批了，周三说卡寄出了，周五收到EAD卡了。
希望一切顺利吧~

HR.
The waiting is killing me.
Usually how long it's gonna take between the reference check and the offer/
rejection? I know that my reference check was completed last Friday. So I
don't know what's going on now....
